Göran Johansson

I started filmmaking in 2003, at the local public access television station. My films have been broadcast at more than 20 different public access television stations in Sweden and Finland.

After producing 17 hours with shorts and TV mini series, I have created 3 long comedies. Each slightly longer than 100 minutes, for a cost of about 1,000 dollars per movie.

Among those who have given me encouraging comments are two persons who earlier worked at the Swedish Film Institute. I mean, they were the ones who decided who would receive funding for feature films.

After my 3rd movie, I decided to write a screenwriting manual, in my native language.

And now I have written a 4th screenplay. I have translated my action comedy into American English. I hope my membership here will help me to sell it.

My longest play is 4 hours long. But most are very short.

I am also a researcher (ancient astronomy), which includes one published world record which for other scientists have become a new (small!) research field.

I have a talent profile which is rare among filmmakers. Because I am better as administrator than artist.
