About Mike

Being in the film industry for over fifteen years, I have a wide range of experience from on-the-page story telling to film and video production, having written, directed and edited several award winning short films, and industrials:

THE STRAIN (2006) secured distribution with Crypt Club Production's "AAAAH! Indie Horror Hits, Volume 2 and was released on DVD October 2010.

The horror/comedy short film, BEING JASON, opened at the Fantasia International Film Festival and won acclaim on both the international and foreign film festival circuits. It still plays around the world today.

I also wrote, directed and produced industrial/ in-house/marketing spots for Hughes Aircraft, Streambox, Row 44, Tecom and Intelsat General. Footage was used to display cutting edge technology to the The Department of Homeland Security.

I'm currently working on a scifi/horror web-series SLEEPERS.
