About Anita

Ms. Gomez is an optioned screenwriter who has experience working with producers. She has written eight feature film screenplays, and has won Finalist and Best Screenplay recognition for two of her screenplays in four different film festivals. Anita Gomez began her career as a news reporter in Clearwater, Florida whose work led to becoming an independent news stringer, producing and writing a series of mini-documentaries, personality profiles, and news pieces for broadcast. Clients have included: Columbia Pictures Television; Entertainment Tonight; Disney; Paramount Pictures Television; and Apple Computers. This wide range of experience allowed Ms. Gomez to hold a variety of positions over the years, including that of Associate Producer, Script Supervisor, Writer, Director, Researcher, Post-Production Supervisor, and co-editor – on the various platforms of feature films and television shows, industrials, and web-based informationals.
