John Lavigne

John has been studying and practicing theatre for nearly 20 years and has loved every minute of it. During his time in the theatre, he has had the fortune of playing both on the stage and behind it and over the last few years has honed and focused on his skills as a designer and carpenter. John moved to New York City in the spring of 2007 with the hopes of continuing his education. In the fall of that year, he enrolled in classes at Borough of Manhattan Community College and by the spring of 2012, had earned an M.A. in Educational Theatre from New York University. He hopes to one day share his passion for theatre arts with students in his own classroom.
