About Mungunzul

A. Mungunzul was born in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia. She studied in the Music and Dance College in her childhood, where her talent began to bloom. She studied further and graduated from the Culture and Art University of Mongolia with the profession of artist. Mungunzul was specialized in acting profession and she won the 1st prize in an acting competition named after Shakespeare, where she played the role of Juliet. During the period of working as an artist, she participated and played in a lot of artistic shows. She was awarded with the “Best Employee of Culture of Mongolia”. She also established the independent “DOZ” Entertainment production and commenced their artistic career. She played in TV shows, movies and dramas. In addition to that, she opened a Comedy TV channel and worked on many TV programs that were praised by customers or audiences. She acted in almost 9 films. Also, she made several movies for the Cinema art sector in foreign countries and she played the main role in the movie “People with blue spots” which was screened in Paris, Republic of France. The opening ceremony of the movie was held in the Government Palace of Mongolia and the movie was awarded with the prize “Precious heritage of France”. The movie was premiered in Paris and then was successfully played in Inner Mongolia, People’s Republic of China. She also participated in many movies as an artist and producer, namely in “Blue shadow of mountain” (drama, in supporting role), “It is pretty hard when my child becomes grown up” (comedy, in supporting role), “The day after I fell in love” (comedy, in main role), “Ticket for life” (film against drug /drama, in main role), “People with blue spots” (drama, in main role), “Fly up high freely” (drama, shot in Korea, in main role) and “Life like a movie” (comedy, in supporting role), etc. She has been still making movies. This year, she will be seen in 3 international films. Mrs. Mungunzul was awarded with the “Northern Star” prize, being praised for her contribution to the art of cinema. She won the “Best Supporting Actress” award in 2012 and the “Best Actress” award in 2013. She was also the winner of the TV show “Mongolian Dancing with Stars” held in 2012
