About Thomas
I am a screenwriter/director, playwright and journalist. I'm always looking for the next inspiration, whether it is a unique character, a story, or an interesting place I happen to discover in my travels.
My scripts have placed in several competitions and I have two screenplays in development with producers/agencies. My short "Darker Still," which I wrote and directed, was a semi-finalist at AT&T Shape. Three of my one-act plays have been produced in Equity showcases at Off-Broadway theatres in NYC. I've written promos and contest spots for numerous cable networks, including IFC, Sundance TV, and Turner Networks. As an experienced journalist with bylines in various publications (WIRED, Studio Monthly, Post Magazine etc.) I employ brevity as much as possible in my writing.
Unique traits: I'm an adventurer with a particular interest in whitewater rafting, archery, four-wheeling, and hiking (eight mountain ranges and counting). I'm also a vegetarian, avid home cook, former amateur boxer, and professional drummer-percussionist with studio and live stage performance experience.
