About Debra

I'm a writer. I've been writing since I was in second grade. I've done editing and proofreading. Current writing is for an online gaming publication. I'm never at a loss for ideas, just hours in a day to get the ideas beyond a sentence or two. I love helping people find their voice but when I'm not editing, I'm writing. My life has been spent in the Midwest of the US with the rare trip to England. If Im not writing, I'm reading. Writers should be readers. I write so my cats won't have a loss of lifestyle.

Unique traits: A script isn't just about an idea, it's about transmitting that idea to others. Regardless of the material, if I'm excited about what I'm writing, I hope that comes through in the words. I write female-centric material. When I'm editing, it's important to allow the author's voice to shine. And, everyone I encounter has something to teach me. You talk. I'll listen.
