Adquanita Curtis

Adquanita Curtis was born in Jacksonville—Florida, not New York. She didn’t get a say in the matter, so don’t hold it against her. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida, but quickly realized that career path wasn’t for her. Mostly because she’s not an emotional gangster, like the Goddess Cardi B, and crying during a therapy session that’s not your own isn’t a good look. But mainly because she knew the world of entertainment is where she truly belongs.
Although Adquanita doesn’t have much experience working in Hollywood, she expects to become a household name very soon. Even if that means staging a scandalous incident in front of the TMZ offices.

Adquanita went on to obtain her MFA in Screenwriting from CSUN, Northridge-where she won The Hollywood Foreign Press Association Diversity Scholarship. Her goal, which she will no doubt reach, is to writer drama and comedy for scripted television. Adquanita also plans to sell a screenplay or two by tricking people into thinking she actually knows what the hell she’s doing.
