About Claude

Claude Montminy has been working as a screenwriter for over 10 years. He holds a master's degree in Literature, Performing Arts and Screen Arts from Laval University and is also the author of a dozen plays. He started his career in 2008, writing sketches for the comedy show Prenez garde aux chiens on VOX.
Today, Claude is one of the co-writers of the animated series L'Agent Jean (more than 15 episodes) for Radio-Canada and the writer of the podcast adventures of L'Agent Jean (22 episodes for Radio-Canada, OHdio). He previously collaborated with Ici Laflaque for 6 years. In the fall of 2017, the English translation of his play Maestro won a Tom Hendry Award, given by the Playwrights Guild of Canada for best new Canadian comedy.
