ELLIOT BONSER, born with an ear condition, suspended in a silent world until the age of two, when surgery mended his hearing. Behind the eight ball in education, Elliot struggled through school and dreamed of making movies. When his parents home-schooled him, he would regularly write and illustrate retells and original hero content.
At the age of 12 Elliot worked part time to pay off his first video camera, which he used almost daily through his teen years, casting friends from school, youth groups and his workplace together to make the envisioned epic projects.
Elliot married Mia in 2011, and still dreaded school as an adult, until, when needing money, he took a job as a Teacher’s Aide. This inspired him to take the leap and get a sweat soaked bachelor of education and bachelor of arts. Since graduation Elliot has begun a subject for primary school, called, Film, Media and Screen Acting, where he produces scenes and short story screenplays as resources for educating more than 350 students each week. This is, quote, “A piece of education that might have saved his school-life.”
Producing things in education reignited the heart of the writer in Elliot, which now brings him to a forefront focus in storytelling again.
