About Ken
I am a retired trial lawyer with 42 year’s experience in the courtroom. I was lead trial counsel on complex litigation cases in thirty-five states across the country and have argued before the Supreme Court of several states as well as the United States Court of Appeals. I am presently a legal consultant and screenwriter for films and television. My most recent project was the film Pieces of a Woman where I acted as a legal consultant and screenwriter. In collaboration with writer Kata Weber, Director Kornel Mandruczo and Executive Producer Martin Scorsese. I wrote the courtroom and trial scenes for the movie and consulted on legal procedure and trial technique. I also was on the movie set during the filming working directly with actors Victoria Kirby, Sarah Snook, Ellyn Burstyn and Molly Parker.
Unique traits: Nationally recognized trial lawyer. I have argued cases in more than thirty-five states and have appeared before the Supreme Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts the states of Wisconsin, Florida, Kansas, New York, and Georgia as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the First, Fifth, Seventh and Ninth Circuits.

Film by Bron Stdios Consultant/Screenwriter Legal consultant and screenwriter with writer Kata Weber, Cannes Film Festival award winning Director Kornél Mundruczó and Director/Producer Martin Scorsese on the film Pieces of a Woman. I wrote sections of the movie that included the courtroom and legal scenes. I was present on the movie set for the filming of the courtroom scenes working directly with Vanessa Kirby, Ellen Burstyn, Molly Parker as well as the other actors.
