ELECTROPLASM

ELECTROPLASM
By Marcos Fizzotti

GENRE: Horror, Comedy
LOGLINE:

Bizarre electric disturbances in this ancient house during a blackout in the neighborhood scare to death its occupants, for now they know something supernatural is happening in there.

SYNOPSIS:

Hardheaded Angela rents rooms in her reasonably huge estate to the married couple Jewel and Jeremy.

One morning, the intemperate landlady scolds her two tenants over waste of electricity, considering she woke up to absolutely all lights in the house lit up.

Jewel and Jeremy denies they did that, something Angela has trouble believing.

However, the couple’s version is corroborated when the landlady finds out there is a total blackout in the neighborhood. Angela’s house does not have a generator, and the electric company already informed they should also be in the dark. How is that even possible? How come they have electricity? Where all that power is coming from?

Angela, Jewel, and Jeremy go to a library, to investigate the house past. They discover that another couple lived in there before them. And the wife accidentally killed her husband over a more serious quarrel. They begin to suspect the house is haunted.

Jeremy and Jewel return to Angela’s estate, while the landlady remains in the library, to dig deeper into the matter. And, to her surprise and dread, unexpected revelations lead her to believe her two tenants are not what they appear to be.
