Nick is the Education Producer at Stage 32 and a working writer, director and producer. Nick’s recent work includes directing and producing the award-winning documentary on the war in Ukraine, WHEN WE DANCE, and writing and producing the horror feature film MARGAUX for Paramount Pictures and producing the horror feature film 'SHELTER IN PLACE' with The Komack Company.

Nick was a nationally ranked swimmer, breaking over a dozen state and national records, and was a member of the USA Junior National Team. Nick went on to earn his B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University where he studied engineering and film history, screenwriting, and film production, and was a member of the varsity swim team, competing at the USA Olympic Trials.

Composed significantly of Ukrainian and Russian dancers, the world of top elite dancers has been thrown into turmoil from the war. Told through interviews and a narrative dance piece that highlights the shared humanity that connects us all, When We Dance is a documentary short that explores the personal, often heartbreaking, stories of the war from a handful of the world's top ranked Ukrainian and Russian ballroom dancers. As the war rages on, it is our duty to share the atrocities of what is happening in Ukraine and, in doing so, help foster a solution to bring this bloody conflict to an end.
