About Stephanie

Stephanie "Fi" Dieter is a multi-award-winning film producer, screenwriter, and director, best known for the modern high school fairytale ‘Cinder Pumpkin.’ She is also known for co-producing the feature documentary Around the World in 80 Anthems alongside business mogul and TV personality Daymond John (Shark Tank, ABC).

As a development executive and writer-for-hire, Fi is production-savvy, budget-conscious, and market-orientated at an international level. She has managed budgets of up to $2MM and helped successfully complete countless commercials and mixed media projects for well-known brands such as Delta, ADT, Zaxby’s, Doritos, and many more. Fi prides herself on her ability to write and advise in a variety of styles and genres with the ultimate goal of entertaining, educating, and inspiring audiences through the power of unparalleled storytelling.

As a spec screenwriter, Fi loves to explore inspirational, character-driven stories about arrogant, quirky underdogs learning humility. The importance of authenticity is also a big theme in her work. She is drawn to stories that feature strong messages that are relevant to the times, wholesome family values, magical elements woven into the action, witty dialogue, and twisting scenes that set up and deliver a strong sense of catharsis.
