Hope everyone's doing well. I'm Maurice, a screenwriter and Stage 32 Lounge Crew member in the Screenwriting Lounge and Filmmaking/Directing Lounge. I wanted to share a story for people who might be lurking around Stage 32 because they're afraid or hesitant to comment and post:
When I joined Stage 32, I lurked around the platform, reading what other people posted but not making my own posts or commenting. I wasn't going to jump in and put myself out there. I thought, "This platform's public. People are gonna rip my comments and posts to pieces." I'm also an introvert. Stage 32's founder & CEO, Richard "RB" Botto, gave a challenge during one of his live AMAs for members to be more active on here, and I accepted the challenge. Fast forward to now, I'm active in the Lounges and Blogs daily, and no one's ripping my comments and posts to pieces. I've actually gotten a lot of support and encouragement from people (even jobs and opportunities).
Hope this story encourages you to jump in the Lounges and Blogs and make posts, ask questions, and comment.

@Maurice Thanks for readers confidence boost. I've always had a wide social network but ever unsure of participating on media platforms due to being a shy person off stage. Wasn't until I met RB in a London bar with stage 32 team that I decided to go on line.

You're welcome, Debbie Croysdale. I've been shy most of my life (especially when I was young), so I can relate.
Thanks for commenting, Sandra Ray. You've been supportive and friendly also. :)

MB Stevens "Trying to convince my fingers to keep up with my mind." My fingers can't keep up, especially when I get a new idea for a script or a scene. It's a mad dash. Haha

Maurice Vaughan it’s amazing how many lurkers there are and we were two of them! Stage 32 seems to have a lot of people who fulfil the introvert stereotype. I was a lurker thinking exactly the same as you, Maurice. Someone, somewhere was going to take me to task and put me in my place. However, it may be that because so many of us follow the IV Way, that we see the need to support others and you are great at that. And look, we are going to have a Zoom call next week, so that means we are both progressing nicely. Anything is possible on Stage32.

"I was a lurker thinking exactly the same as you, Maurice. Someone, somewhere was going to take me to task and put me in my place." It was nothing but fear, @Geoff. Same thing with me. Glad I (and you) overcame that fear and became active on here. It's really paid off.
Thanks for the compliment. You're very supportive as well. Looking forward to our Zoom meeting.
