I want to refine and market my novels and short stories. I want to market my screenplay based on one novel and convert the stories of the other 2 novels into screenplays. Im finishing up 2 books containing poems and short stories

Congratulations Blake Bailey! Sounds like you're off to a great start. I also made the leap from novel writer to screenplay and so far, I'm loving it. Biggest lesson I had to learn is to be patient with myself and soak in every piece of knowledge that I could so it sounds like you're on the right road.
