Screenwriting : Just finished a conceptual poster by Ryan Avery

Ryan Avery

Just finished a conceptual poster

I’ve just finished designing my final concept poster for ‘SIN’

Do we still judge books by their covers?

Emily J

tbh I'm not huge on horror but this poster looks great Ryan Avery!

Ryan Avery

Thank you so much Emily! If it makes you feel any better it’s more of a mystery thriller sprinkled with a touch of horror

Maurice Vaughan

Catchy poster, @Ryan Avery! Concept posters are great for attracting producers, directors, etc. to scripts, like promo posters attract audiences to movies, shows, games, etc.

Mark Giacomin

That looks suitably ominous!

Marina Albert

Excellent poster Ryan Avery! I certainly hope so. I think you're right on the money when it comes to conceptualising your idea/script..

Ryan Avery

Thank you all!!

Ryan Avery

Thank you Nick!

Ryan Avery

Would also appreciate a rating on the logline for SIN! if its too much trouble then no worries :)

Jack Binder

Nice work.

Maurice Vaughan

You're welcome, @Ryan Avery.

Kevin Jackson

Looks good. What's your process like for creating posters?

Steven Gamella

Well done!

Tim Bragg

I like it.

Rutger Oosterhoff

Yes, when I saw the "Gladiator" poster I knew I wanted to see the movie.

Francisco Castro

Dig it! Especially love the touch of the crease like it's a folded poster.

Bill Brock

I absolutely love the visuals. Quite stunning. My only reservation is that I have no idea what it's about. The poster is the calling card. The loud carnival barker who stands just outside the Freak Show tent, tempting you to buy a ticket. I believe a bit more is needed here. The objective: Get me INSIDE the tent.

Tim Bragg

I love the tag line. It lives in all of us.

Robin Gregory

Ryan Avery It's absolutely chilling and creepy and gorgeous. I love the text layout and the faint white cross.

Eon C. Rambally

Interesting!

Christian Toulali

superbe design. it invites to See the film !

Olga Gabris

Black and red are truly powerful! Would watch the film in a heartbeat.

M LaVoie

Art design works. But the first thing that comes to mind is the David Fincher movie Se7en. Because you list the seven deadly sins. I'd consider dropping that list. To avoid the reference.

Pat Savage

Excellent poster Ryan Avery
