Local Art and Design Schools:
Contact local art and design schools or universities with animation programs. They may have job placement services or be able to connect you with recent graduates. You can write them a letter of recommendation for college and give them experience.

There was a lot of hype around Procreate Dreams when it was announced in the fall. Aaron Blaise did an animated short for the launch, and has been doing some videos since.

This is very cool. I always think in life that we wouldn't have all the emotions we do if we weren't meant to feel them all. Seeing actors bring them all to life gives me huge respect for their work....
Expand commentAgree Mike. Collect both live action and animated clips, shoot ref, and ref alts, sketches. Then make sure the shot intent reads LOUD and clear.
