Producing : Riverhood by Travis O Harrison

Riverhood

The only word to describe the last 3 years is a blur. Early morning and late nights building the necessary network to make things happen are finally paying off. I've been developing a sitcom down here in New Orleans called "Riverhood." We'll begin shooting the pilot episode in August. There ain't nothing like it! Get ready! We're about to have a lot of fun down here and in the process rebuild our public school system while we do it. We're using music and laughter to restore our city. Partnerships have been reached with pirates, drag performers, musicians, clubs, restaurants, vampires, witches, all the different voices in our fair lady's chorus to come together and be heard around the world, we are New Orleans! Signing blues guitarist and singer Layla Musselwhite to the lead role opened the floodgates and now we're moving at high speed. I used the reader services here on Stage32 to refine and clean up the script, which I have to admit was very helpful in giving the script more complexity, even if begrudgingly admitted being an arrogant writer and all. Alrighty then, time to go change the world!

Jack Binder, no kidding. Haha. Truth be told, it’s all fun. It’s only hard if I want it to be.
