Ali Naqvi

Ali Naqvi has produced and directed several short films and music videos. He co-created and produced a webseries entitled The House on South Bronson and directed several of the episodes as well. Ali has also directed several music videos for bands such as The Matches, Fortress Social Club, St. Ranger, Tim de Vil, Squarecrow, Davey Allen and the Midnights, Apache Pistol, and most recently Liam Russell.

Ali has also worked in various positions on productions for Will Ferrell and Adam McCay’s company Funny or Die. He also worked on several features and television shows such as Gina Prince-Bythewood’s Beyond the Lights, Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Rises, Disney's Lone Ranger, CBS' Extant and Netflix’s Altered Carbon among many others.

Ali joined the team of HBO’s Westworld on the Pilot as an Office PA. He worked his way up to Writer’s PA, VFX PA and producing director’s assistant. Since joining the team, Ali has had the opportunity to work with the showrunners and various directors as well as shadowing Executive Producer/Director Richard J. Lewis. During Season Four, he served as Associate Producer and Directed 2nd Unit and Additional Photography Units. This granted him membership into the Director's Guild of America.
