Living the dream in a small town on the ocean, writing books and screenplays.
I was a TV director and producer for my entire career, and I owned a production company that produced dozens of series and specials.

Unique traits: I was raised in a military family during my formative years and lived on bases all across Canada. I was fortunate to hear first hand stories about the drama, and the horror of war. My first book, The Remnants, that I later wrote as a screenplay, is about the story of my grandfather, who fought at Vimy Ridge. I'm currently writing The River Catchers, the story of my father, a Lancaster bomber pilot and his two brothers, one served in the military and the other in the navy. Although both books are rooted in war, they blend drama and romance to create a compelling narrative.
