Timothy Moran

Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario Timothy realized his passion for filmmaking at a young age. After years of learning in his own backyard, Timothy's storytelling journey led him to be trained at Niagara College and then on to working in film and video throughout Canada and New Zealand.

For the past two years Timothy has been directing short documentaries for the media company Goalcast, where his documentaries have garnered hundreds of millions of views around the world and where he has worked with talent such as Larry king, Jordan Peterson, Chris Gardner (The Pursuit of Happiness), UFC Champion Frank Shamrock and Miss Universe Deshauna Barber.

His international experience also includes co-managing W.I.F.I, a non-for-profit Film initiative based in Wellington New Zealand, directing a national TV spot for V Energy Drinks (NZ) and co-producing the upcoming feature film Unforgivable (2023). His award-winning short films have screened in festivals across Canada, The United States, New Zealand and Italy.

Moran has also previously won the Show Canada Showmanship Prize: Blockbuster Category (2002) for his nation-wide promotion and marketing of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.
