About Xander

Xander is a philosopher, screenwriter, and former neuroscientist. He has written dozens of episodes of the hit Spotify original podcasts "Medical Mysteries," "Conspiracy Theories," and "Unexplained Mysteries," on subject ranging from Bigfoot to UFOs and bubonic plague. In 2022, the pilot script "Temporal" he co-wrote with his wife Dunja was the Grand Prize winner in the Save The Cat! Screenplay Challenge. Previous scripts were finalists and semi-finalists in Screencraft, Golden Script, Nashville, and other top contests.

In his free time, Xander is a congressional liaison for Citizens' Climate Lobby, where he works to get federal and state legislators to take bolder action on climate. He also co-chairs a committee for the executive board of the Junior Hollywood Radio & TV Society (JHRTS).
