Maybe someone else will finance Snootworld?
Changes are coming for the beloved animated series, Bluey. What do you think community? Does this seem like another example of how years spent pushing to churn out quality animated content constantly can lead to burnout?
"Bluey will be taking a little bit of a break. There's been no word as to how lo...

Expand commentWhen they ask me to describe Bluey, I always tell people that it's Seinfeld for the whole family. And like Seinfeld, I think the creator wants to go out on a high note.
I completely agree, Daniel Husbands! As a content lover who understands what it takes to bring a great story to the screen, I'm always happy to wait as long as it takes to get more. I love to live wit...
Expand commentThat makes sense, Bob Harper! You dont want to push yourself and end up watering down a great story.
i know i've mentioned it elsewhere on s32 - bluey is one of the best animated shows in the history of forever - hands down - and even this - needs a minute to regroup. i'm glad they are honoring their...

Expand postRight now, every contest and exhibition needs to detail the acceptable or non-acceptable use of AI. Once it is not stated participants will do anything.
With all of the buzz about AI everywhere, it would be really hard to see a competition of this size never consider AI being used. While I can't say they knew for sure, just seems unlikely no one who organized this is connected to the issue. AI is everywhere right now.
I worked in the music industry for a number of years, Daniel Husbands. There are some aspects of it that exist in a bubble. Some of that is due to the busy nature of the industry....

Law Jackson I think Save The Cat has infiltrated all of the studios. But it still boils down to a similar structure and some sort of retelling of the Hero's Journey.
If stories are medicine, then Animation is the ideal delivery method.
My name is Law Jackson and I'm a Multimedia Producer for my freelance business Kinetic Text.
As an 80's kid it was my dream to be an animator. I was pretty serious about it so I dropped out of college to chase my dream and got my f...
Expand postLove the video Law Jackson and I wholeheartedly agree. Stories do have the ability to heal and I love the idea of story and yes, animation being a conduit for that healing.

Hey, Sari! Nice to e-meet you! No worries if you were unable to attend live. You can put your question below for our moderator :)
Ok, my question is this: is there no longer a certain primary point of how marketing makes the audience first hear about new films or TV series? Or: how has the changes in media industry affect market...

What's funny is the article basically said he pitched Netflix and they said no. Not that they had any commitment to say otherwise. So really the article is like a press release saying "Lynch has a project, anyone want to hear the pitch and bid?"
