About Ahtera
My name is Ahtera Imani Dixon. I'm a graduate from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio and I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcasting and Digital Media. My main specialization is Film and Digital Video, but I have become integrated with Audio Production as well. Under my major, I'm also maintained a double minor in Electronic Media Technology and Bible. I will graduated in May of 2015. During my time at Cedarville through my classes and extracurricular activities, I have been given experience in the stages of film production for Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production. I have been able to know how to do different aspects of each stage of production. This includes everything from writing film proposals, screenplays, and storyboards to camera operating, directing, and technical directing and ending with editing and audio recording. I have gained experience in using various video and audio equipment to editing with different video and audio software, as well writing screenplays with different programs. I am currently looking to obtain an internship or full-time position in film production to gain experience as I prepare for the future after college. In addition to film, I have various interests in everything from photography and graphic design to sports to music. I like to be viewed as a well-rounded person.
