Seeking producers and directors in Fiumefreddo di Sicilia, Italy and Itala, Italy
Hi, My name is Simin Parsa, and I am a screenwriter currently seeking a producer, director for my completed feature screenplay, VILLA NO.9. Villa No. 9 is a psychological thriller with romantic tension and a strong cinematic identity. A Berlin International Screenwriting Festival 2026 Finalist, the project is currently in advanced development. Set in a stylized world where perception, desire, and control constantly shift, the story follows a character-driven descent into obsession and authorship of reality itself. This is not a package seeking execution — it is a film in formation, looking for the right producing mind to help shape its final form. We are currently seeking a producing partner for early-stage collaboration at development level, with openness to shared creative input across production strategy, casting direction, and tonal execution. The ideal collaborator: – operates at the intersection of instinct and strategy – understands psychological tension as cinematic language – is drawn to elevated, character-driven international features – can help translate vision into production reality without losing its edge Open to director attachment through producer collaboration. Full script, pitch deck, and logline available upon request.

Seeking business affairs consultants in Los Angeles, California
As entertainment unions finalize negotiations with the AMPTP, productions may find it more difficult to keep up with new union rules and rates. Through my previous roles, I have developed strong knowledge of SAG, IATSE, Teamsters, and DGA agreements, and I would like to bring that experience to productions of all kinds, including feature films, television, commercials, music videos, and short films. I can also help set up productions with unions and payroll services, as well as process union payroll. While union productions may involve higher costs, they do not have to create added stress. Let me help.
