Hello creative army, I am writing an Animation Series. At present, I came up with the back story required for the series. I am looking for two brilliant writers (a male and a female) to join me and develop the series episodes. This is a 2D animation TV/WEB series. Each episode is 11 minutes long. It is a mixed-genre action-adventure-sci-fi-comedy series, suitable for 7-year-olds and older. The first season consists of 14 episodes. There will be three seasons. The period of the series is 3007 AD. It is a futuristic series that looks back at the past in retrospect. Here is the Series' Logline: In the year 3007, humans co-exist alongside Homo-AIs, Homonoids and Tetra Beasts. Victor, an ambitious young man, dreams to become an intergalactic traveler, but when he comes to know about his father's disappearance, he embarks on a ruthless journey, uncovering deep secrets about the world around him, finding clues about his father, and becoming the world's first intergalactic traveler.Please do understand that this is an unpaid job. I am not employing you. I am looking for a collaborator. If you are willing to do it, then only apply. A deaf screenwriter is looking for a hearing screenwriter who is familiar with sign language and deaf culture to collaborate on a feature film with two others who are hearing and hearing impaired. I have completed two other projects. I am writing a third project and the team will work together on it to create a sci-fi thriller titled "The Sound of Eyes." I have a logline, but the team will work on developing the synopsis, and I'll share my clear vision and story with them. The story will incorporate elements similar to "Point of No Return" in 1993 and "The Professional" in 1994, where a hearing-impaired man is coerced into receiving implant technology eyes to protect him as an assassin kills others while conflicting with a kid-hearing girl who needs him for being targeted for millions of dollars. There is no pay but we will find funds to support us. Logline: When they sentenced a hearing-impaired man for a murder he didn't commit, someone forced him to take tech eyes to become an assassin and protect a little girl. Experience with sci-fi is required. If you have previously written a script, it is a plus. Develop an understanding of deaf prescriptions and hearing prescriptions for each other's roles. If you have studied deaf world, it is helpful. If interested, you will receive a Zoom link to join for questions and interviews and a sign language interpreter will be present. THAT JONES BOY! OR, THE ADVENTURES OF A BASTARD, a Musical Comedy of Manners adapted from Henry Fielding's classic mid-18th century (ca. 1745) novel, TOM JONES, is in the process of receiving an entirely new musical score which should be completed by April of 2024. The libretto (book & lyrics) which tells the tale of a disenfranchised young man seeking his proper place in society, is currently being revised from a draft originally copyrighted in 1971. This immersive version resets the satirical romantic tale in the style of a late 18th century (1790s) theatrical performance--there is no "fourth wall" between the actors onstage and the audience with a select number of ticket buyers being invited to attend in period costume. The scenery and lighting will be designed in a manner consistent with the concept, but using 21st century technology. This is a picaresque with a lot of characters, involving frequent and rapid changes in costumes and wigs, can be performed by a relatively moderate cast of versatile actor-singer-dancers. The Actor's Equity "Favored Nations" Agreement permits producers to pay them all the same basic minimum salary, though featured players should receive additional compensation on the back end.
