Prior to pursuing a degree in religious studies, Andrae was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Perfroming and Visual Arts in Dallas, Texas where he concentrated in visual arts and in theater. In 2008, Andrae performed with the hip hop group Natural Habitz, who released the album Habit Forming that same year. In 2009, Andrae was elected to the Chattanooga City Council as the 8th District Councilman, becoming the youngest person ever to hold local office in Chattanooga. In May of 2010, Andrae became the first African-America an full-time talk show host of Live and Local which aired on WGOW 102.3 FM in Chattanooga. He has written, directed, and starred in the award winning short Baby Steps. He moved to the Los Angeles Area last year.
