About Brittany

Beginning my career as a dance talent agent for BlocSouth Talent Agency, one of the top booking agencies across the Southeast allowed me to gain the ability to work in a high energy, fast paced and ever changing atmosphere. Negotiating national and international performance contracts for dancers, choreographers and actors has equipped me with excellent organizational skills, problem solving tactics, the art of multitasking, and computer sills that I have carried over into my career in theater production.

As a professional stage management intern for The Juilliard School during the 2014 - 2015 season I had the opportunity to work as a stage manager and assistant stage manager for Drama, Dance, Jazz and Opera productions as well as Events.

I have been given multiple chances to work with students aging from Preschool through College by working with Horizon Theatre Company, Fabrefaction Theater Company, FoodPlay Productions and Ubskure Productions. I can absolutely say working with youth and young adults and helping them experience the joy and wonder of live theatre is one of the most rewarding experiences I have had so far.

I am thrilled to return to New Harmony Theatre for the 2015 summer season as the assistant stage manager for On Golden Pond, The Full Monty, and Outside Mullingar. I believe one of the keys to being a great stage manager is not only being a leader but being a team player; and what better way than by jumping in whenever and wherever help is needed. I have worked on construction, paint, costume, run and paint crews and I am always willing to learn and try something new for the betterment of the any production.

I have traveled extensively both domestically and internationally and I am constantly seeking jobs which allow me to combine my love for theater with my love for traveling. I am excited to discover all the opportunities the world of stage management has to offer.

I am a proud member of the Actors Equity Association and the Stage Managers Association.
