Hello, my nam is Brian, I am a certified Executive Chef and Martial Master who went from owning his own business turning around food and beverage facilities to now producing film projects. I started working in Film in 2003 and now have 2 of my own projects currently in post production, "Family Flavors with Kid Kulinaire" ( along with a Cook Book, Children's Book, 3 after school programs and TV Series in the works) and Black Salt based on our Graphic novel/ comic books (along with a toy line, short film and feature film) .
