David Savage is a screenwriter, filmmaker and film programmer in New York City. He has extensively studied analog filmmaking with Mono No Aware in Brooklyn and made three shorts with the workshop, and is working on a feature-length narrative script.
He programs and hosts screenings of films for venues such as Anthology Film Archives, Alamo Drafthouse (Brooklyn) and other repertory cinemas in the New York City area.
By day, he is a Research Editor at Getty Images, working within the archival photography and footage sector.
