Shqipe Malushi is an internationally known gender consultant, life coach, author, and women’s empowerment leader. She has worked in India, Afghanistan, Kosovo, Albania, Chile, and Turkey. She has worked with prestigious organizations such as: GIZ (Risk Management); GIZ-Gender Mainstreaming; Deloitte-USAID; Bearing Point; UNDP; IFES; Global Rights; Peace Dividend Trust; Building Markets, MISFA, Women’s Campaign International, War Child, World Vision, Welfare Associations, and others.
Shqipe’s awards include Women of the Year by Refugee Women’s Network, with an invitation to the White House for her cultural contribution to the community. She was awarded a V-Day Scholar award for her women’s empowerment workshops in Afghanistan & India. She received a Scholar in Residence award from the city of New Delhi. Shqipe was made a Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow for fostering peace and understanding among the peoples of the world. She received a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) medal in for her work in the Kosovo Peacekeeping Mission. Shqipe was designated an Ambassador of Peace by the Inter-religious/International World Federation for Peace and an Angel of Peace by Women’s Day Magazine.
A published author, Shqipe has been involved in building communities, and guiding women and youth to develop their full potential to live healthy lives and create the dreams they envision. She uses a holistic and democratic approach utilizing psychological, spiritual, intuitive and power analysis.
