About Joe

I have been a photographer (120 format) and actor since childhood. Added Super-8 silent moviemaking and 35mm darkroom experience in 1973. Graduated to Super-8 sound film during high school, then 16mm in college (maintained my interested in 35mm still photography as a documentarian, as well as my acting, added study of mass communications including journalism, broadcast radio and television, and history of film). Have always worked to maintain my own moviemaking equipment, finally moving to video during my years working at a government access cable channel. Have also maintained my paranormal investigations and documentation as well. Produced the documentary "Chupacabras! The Legend Begins" (?v=G7rroUN9MhE) in 1998, footage from which has been leased and used by History Channel's Monsterquest, National Geographic's Paranatural series, and Destination America;s Monsters and Mysteries in America. Working to establish my own internet television network from and writing on several scripts for internet release and one feature for theatrical release. Paranormally speaking, I am Chief Investigator for Missouri MUFON with STAR Team, CAG and, recently, SAT status.
