About Kenny
I was born and raised in Kenya, lived for 2 years in London, then12 years in Hamburg, Germany, and have lived in the US for over 20 years. I have been a writer and documentary filmmaker for over 40 years, focusing almost entirely on topics to do with Africa with one exception - an experimental short film called SURRENDER that was broadcast on the IFC for several years. While I love documentary filmmaking, it's time to branch out and during the past few years, I have worked on developing several fictional projects.
