I was an actor, director, playwright, and participant in the off-Broadway movement of the early 1960's in NYC. I acted in plays of the Living Theater and wrote and directed plays that were presented at the Judson, Café Cino, and La Mama. I somehow became a Professor of Theater teaching acting, directing, and playwriting on the college level for 28 years while acting in a number of movies and directing plays all over the country finally returning to my roots in NYC writing and directing plays that were again produced Off-Broadway. I have been teaching private acting classes over the past 10 years and enjoy thinking of myself as a mentor as well as a life long learner...
