About Laura

I'm a writer, actor, motivational speaker, mental health advocate, voice over wannabe, Iaidogi, Kendogi and in love with stories.

3 books published in Amazon, all are a big excuse to talk about mental health. Therapists, social workers and pedagoges have shown a real interest in how nude but kindly trauma untreated can evolve and distort life and how therapy and work into self can help to make that pain and suffering a big challenge to overcome and make it our strenght instead of our weaknesses.

I really want to be back on stage. Stopped it in 1993, almost retook it in 2015 but couldn''t be. I'm ready to be back, to relearn and do my best on stage, on screen, wherever my presence can be meaninful, fun and an experience for the avid learner I am.

I always loved Japanese art for stories, stage and war. Learning Iaido and Kendo has enriched my abilites for choreography, time and on stage performance, even with katanas and shinais. I learn Zen Iaido Seitei, and starting Musho Shinden by end of June 2022.

On stage performances:
