Melissa Powell

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I am a 46 year old residing in a town military town outside of Austin. It was easier to place as Austin in my location as most people know Killeen as Fort Hood. I will be moving to the LA or NYC area towards the end of Summer. It depends on where the dart lands when I am ready to go.

For 8 years, I have been a military wife and now taking my time to explore the passion I put on hold for years. Currently, I am working on projects that focus on the true stories of women in the military. I am looking for any opportunity that helps me grow and learn all aspects of the film and TV world.

I have been away from writing for a while so my grammar needs some touching up on. I look forward to getting to know everyone.
