Monte Plaisance

I am a professional writer who is moving into the indie film industry as well as recently starting out in script writing. My preferred genre has been, and always will be, horror, but I have recently delved into the comedy genre, assisting another screenwriter with a script.
I have been told by others that I am tenacious when it comes to something that I am passionate about, and I am very passionate about writing and about making quality horror films that are not too dependent on CGI or gratuitous violence. I like horror to be something that sticks with you for days after you watch the movie. Something that is believable and yet incredible at the same time.
If you like real horror, then we'll get along just fine.
