Nuno Garcia

Nuno Garcia was born in Lisbon where graduated in movie direction, but having started in the old CEE special edition center, quickly fell in love with post production.
Begins as Telecine assistant and for 2 years has the function of assisting the senior colorist in placing and changing film rolls (16mm and 35mm), doing one light grading.
After this time as a senior colorist takes several courses in Rank Cintel and DaVinci with Stuart Black Jones in Davinci 888 dui, DaVinci 2K and SpiritTelecine, in Light Film Lisbon.
Performing work for all domestic and foreign producers of advertising, film, television drama and music clips. And working directly with editors, image composition and 3D teams
Has a brief passage by the historical Tobis Portuguesa in 2008 will work as a senior colorist for The Chimney Pot, Swedish post production company where he remained until 2012. Working for major advertising campaigns of the most famous movie directors and international directors of photography and where watching gradual transition from film to digital, first with Color and famous Final Cut and then DaVinci Resolve.
Today is dedicated 100% to the digital grading, DIT and creating workflow for post production and teaches in two of the most famous audiovisual schools
