About Patrick
Hello everyone,
my name is Patrick Trageser, 24 years old, and an determined and aspiring filmmaker from Germany.
My resolve to set foot in film business was sowed in my early childhood. Being a boy of 13 years old, I started right to shoot the very first scenes and short films together with some friends of mine, who also shared a passion for my favorite genres, such as Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Thriller and Martial Arts. Over the following years, I’ve already taught myself quite a lot and figured out the basics of filmmaking.
After having completed the 2-year-studies at the SAE Institute Frankfurt/Main as well as having acquired numerous practical filmproduction experience, I'm more than ever utterly resolved to take the next bigger step in becoming a professional film director.
I'm packed with ideas and stories, just waiting to be told. And a storyteller and a visionary is what a director must be. I want to tell stories and to express myself and in doing so, inspire and entertain people.
,The story must be worth being told’ - this is my guiding idea that I took in very early. And finding out all the right ingredients of what makes a story worth telling, is what I love most about the whole span of filmmaking process. So now I'm seeking new ways of collaborating with other, creative talents and artists of any sort to establish fundamental connections, for learning from each other is simply the total reward for me.
