I'm an aspiring screenwriter and director. So far I wrote and directed a few short film and music videos (some of them can be found on vimeo ) and I am currently writing a script for a feature film.
I was born and bred on Berlin, but my father is Indian with his acting roots in 1960s Bollywood. I grew up on Western Classical music, and trained in opera singing before I went to London to study Development Studies and Social Policy, completing my Masters at the London School of Economics in 2011.
My focus in Films reflects my varied interests. The script am I currently working on is set in London and both the themes of artistic genius and socioeconomic struggles are central.
