Triple Platinum songwriter and director Sheri Pedigo grew up in a small town in Kentucky. At an early age of 8, she was singing and writing songs on piano. She's had success in many facets of the music business as a hit songwriter; the owner and operator of her own publishing company; and as a recording and performing artist herself. She has shared the stage with numerous artists of note and is also a contributing author to the book, "Redeeming the Screens". As a filmmaker, her creative vision began when she wrote the song, “Father Me”. This song is a major inspiration for the documentary and becomes the film's soundtrack as the audience moves through a journey of discovery and healing.

Redeeming the Screens – Living Stories of Media “Ministers” Bringing the Message of Jesus Christ to the Entertainment Industry offers testimonies from world-class relational media evangelists telling their own stories of what brought them to receive Jesus and how the power of his death and resurrection on the cross helped them through the challenges in their lives.
We now live in a world of screens, from smartphones to the imposing vigil of the multiplex giants and to all the screens in between, pouring out images everywhere we turn. What messages are we sending out in word and image to the watching world?
Sheri Pedigo’s chapter, “Flight of the Butterfly,” is an honest testimonial that started with a young girl’s vision to one day having her voice heard thoughout the world proclaiming the power of God’s love through music and words.
