About Teofilo

New York City Filmmaker of Garifuna descent who between scribbling script notes by candlelight and watching movies in a movie theater, on television or on my computer; am actively pursuing greater cinematic heights as a director and producer.

I've worked with filmmakers like Malik Sayeed, Mark Romanek, Hype Williams, and Little X (now, Mr. X) in the Music Video World.

I recently worked as a Producer of Marketing for Aban Productions, who made the award-winning independent film, GARIFUNA IN PERIL. We were able to get that gem of a film seen throughout the United States, Central America as well as other countries throughout the world.

I have film projects in various stages of development, am writing various screenplays and am on this website so that I can learn more about the inner workings of the movie and television business. I also am to network and build with aspiring and established filmmakers or studio executives so that we can collaborate on successful movie or television projects. Let's make money together!
