About Veronica

Veronica McKenzie has over 18 years experience in the entertainment industry. From producing at infamous UK cable station L!ve TV, to writing comedy sketches for ‘BLOUSE ‘N’ SKIRT, (BBC 2 comedy panel show), ‘COMEDY DOT NET’ (BBC Music Live), and ’11 O' CLOCK SHOW’ (with Ricky Gervais), taking in soaps (Coronation Street), theatre (A Woman on Fire - her tribute to Nina Simone). She studied film producing at UCLA, and set up Reel Brit Productions. She co-produced 'THE LAST SUPPER' (2011), feature documentary 'UNDER YOUR NOSE' which previewed at the V&A and short 'FINDING HOME' about LGBTQ asylum seekers. She co-produced short 'ITSY' which won several awards, and her feature NINE NIGHTS won the PAFF 2019 Narrative Feature Director Award. Nine Nights is currently out on Amazon.
