Anastacia Moore

Born in Burbank during the early years of 'Hollywood' Anastacia Moore grew up with a vivid imagination and a love for writing, art and music. Spanning the years of working in various professions as graphic artist, legal assistant, administrative assistant in a credit union; and as a legal aid in a JAG office her burning wanderlust was eventually achieved following her divorce from her Air Force husband.

In the following years she achieved recognition as a commercial photographer while travelling across the United States doing nature, pet, wedding and wildlife photography. Her wanderings led to a wide variety of unique professions. She fought wildland fires in Oregon . . . worked as a commercial fisherman (woman) on a commissioned fishing vessel (The Salute) out of Charleston, Oregon; worked as a ranch hand in Montana; and even worked in several casinos throughout Nevada.

Each one of these 'adventures' has fueled her passion for writing and been the inspiration for several of her novels. Currently 'Curse of The Salute' is being completed as a screenplay for production.

Not all of these 'adventures' were glamorous but she considers herself to be extremely lucky to have experienced each and every one of them and the freedom to travel throughout the country and meet interesting people from all walks of life.

Currently she pens her novels based on a combination of her own adventures intermingled with her vivid imagination. She produces her book promos utilizing her photography and musical talents; and produces her marketing and swag materials utilizing her graphic skills of over twenty plus years.

She resides in Wellton, Arizona with her rescue cock-a-poo Missy and cat Chloe'. Leisure activities include riding her motorcycle through the mountains and byways; painting' and playing and composing music on keyboard, guitar and clarinet. She has also volunteered her photographic services to several non-profit entities.
