About Anthony

Anthony grew up bi-lingual in the former British colony of Hong Kong to a Filipino-Chinese heritage. He arrived in the USA as a college freshman at USC, earning a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering. He traveled to California, Hong Kong, Texas, UK, Sweden, and South Africa working for the IT industry for 15 years. However, his ambitions and passions went beyond the corporate environment. In 2010, he changed the course of his life to focus on his love to be an actor, director, and author.

He is a 2014 Louisiana Film Prize Top20 Filmmaker for Flashbacks. He has just filmed in May2016 his 5th film short which he has written/directed/produced. His first feature will start shooting later in 2016. He has also started collaborating with a fellow screenwriter from the UK to write a feature targeting the Chinese market.

His transformational journey is chronicled in his 2014 book "Stop Calling Me Jackie!" which went on sale on Amazon.
