Bill Hargenrader, AKA William Strong, is a screenwriter, USA Today Bestselling author and the creator-writer-producer of Zombie Plane, an action horror comedy film starring Vanilla Ice, which finished filming and is set for takeoff in 2024.

Bill Hargenrader got his first taste of acting at 8 years of age when he was wrongfully committed to a mental institution for 3 years due to an unfortunate course of events, and he had to pretend that he was mentally disturbed in order to fool the doctors into granting him his freedom.

When Bill was 13 he wrote in his journal: “I really want to be an actor.” Bill joined the Army after 9/11, and quickly learned the meaning of fake it to you make it (a rudimentary form of acting).

Since then Bill has gone on to be a screenwriter, bestselling author, and an actor in theater and film. Bill draws upon his technical expertise and experiential living to bring life and depth to his roles.
