About Brian

I tell real stories with moving images and audio. Over the past ten years I have filmed and told many stories, from a documentary featured on PBS(local) called "The Hakala Brothers", about two modern day pioneers that live off the land, to a short story about a child with cystic fibrosis for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin.

I love learning about my subjects story, living it while filming, and being able to tell their story to use in whatever way fits. I want to learn more, constantly get better at my craft, and keep hearing and sharing the stories we all tell.
