About Cassidy
Cassidy Robinson hails from Dallas, Texas and has been classically trained on cello for 12 years. Cassidy has played in various gigs for weddings, luncheons, and private events. Her performance experience includes placing a seat in the Region 5 Orchestra, Area and All State Auditions, and the Arlington Youth Symphony. She was the principal cellist of her high school and youth orchestra, and president and co principal of the UT Dallas Symphony Orchestra. In Richardson and Arlington, she taught private cello lessons to middle school students for 1.5 years and continues with the All City Strings as a cello instructor in Boston. For composition, she has composed many entries for contests and has been under the direction of well-known music professionals such as distinguished professionals Allen Tinkham, Robert Xavier Rodriguez, and famous film composer Thomas Newman. Cassidy graduated from Berklee College of Music as a film scoring major and plans to write music for Disney and DreamWorks films.
