An award-winning writer-director, Charles Harris is also one of Britain's most respected script consultants, having co-founded the first screenwriters workshop in the world, London Screenwriters Workshop. Now Euroscript, it has become one of Europe's most valued script training and consultancy organisations for film and TV.
He has won international awards for his documentaries, dramatised documentaries and his debut feature film, Paradise Grove, and has a first novel due to be published Spring 2016. His previous non-fiction work includes a book on Police Slang. A Complete Screenwriting Course (John Murray Learning, October 2014) sold out completely at London Screenwriters' Festival and is recommended reading on MA courses.
He is married with two sons and lives in North London with his wife and two cats.
